Dr. O’Brien is the founder of Core Clinical Research Group and brings extensive experience across clinical medicine, research operations, and multiple therapeutic areas within clinical research. Her background includes physician engagement, clinical trial operations, and strategic research development, with a focus on building physician-integrated outpatient research models that support high-quality study execution, operational efficiency, and real-world patient access.

A board-certified family medicine physician with a Master of Public Health and extensive experience in clinical research, outpatient medicine, and population health.
His background in primary care and real-world patient management provides valuable insight into study feasibility, patient engagement, and the integration of clinical research into community-based healthcare settings. With experience spanning clinical medicine and research environments, he supports patient-centered study execution while helping ensure scientific rigor, operational quality, and clinically meaningful outcomes.
